Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders and within 14 days of the delivery date for online orders.

  • All products are exchangeable only. We do not offer refunds.
  • Customized items, including name necklaces and engraved pieces, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Exchanges:
Visit us in person with your item and the original receipt.

Online Exchanges:
If you're unable to visit the store, you may ship the item back to us at your expense. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a gift card, equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping costs).


Please note:

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
