Shipping policy

In stock items will ship in 3-7 business days after purchase. We will email you with the tracking information when your order has been sent. 

We  offer worldwide shipping

Canadian & American shipments take 3-7 business days, whereas International shipments take approximately 5-10 business days.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns to a maximum of 2 weeks after receiving your items. Please ensure that the items you purchased are in the condition you received them in, with the original packing. For hygienic purposes, Gio Jewels will not accept items that have been used or worn. We are not liable for any lost items. Gio Jewels is also not responsible for the delayed delivery, due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

Policies

Each product has a year warranty attributed to it. The receipt must also be included. All personalized items, including rings, products with initials/numbers/names, and anything in custom-size options, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift cards and special orders are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Engraving fees are in the amount of CAD 15 $.

Here are some tips we would like to share with you!

All of our pieces should be cared for accordingly, as they are delicate. To extend the life of your jewelry and keep them in optimal condition, we advise you to follow the following instructions:

* Remove your jewelry before performing your daily rituals, including: showering, perfume, lotions, etc.

* If one of your pieces contains a pearl, take extra care of the product.

* For necklaces, you must clasp the necklace when removing it. The chain should not tangle or get knotted.
